Special wastes definition

Special wastes means those substances as defined in the Illinois Environmental Protection Act, 415 ILCS 5/3.45, and further defined in Section 809.103 of 35 Illinois Administrative Code, Subtitle G, Ch. 1.
Special wastes means solid wastes that can require special handling and management, including but not limited to, white goods, waste tires, used oil, lead-acid batteries, construction and demolition debris, ash residue, yard trash, biological wastes, and mercury-containing devices and lamps.
Special wastes means wastes that require special treatment before entry into the normal plumbing system.
