Special Conference definition

Special Conference means a meeting between the Union and the Employer for the purpose of considering matters of mutual interest.
Special Conference means a conference or meeting called by any Medical Staff leader, with an individual member, the purpose of which is to discuss an apparent or suspected deviation from standard clinical practice, or professional conduct. Attendance at the special conference or meeting may be required by special notice and failure to attend may result in automatic relinquishment.
