Small definition

Small as used in this policy means a business enterprise owned, operated, and controlled by one (1) or more eligible owners who have 51% ownership, interest, holds the professional or contractor license necessary for operation as well as management, control, and have technical expertise directly related to the primary product or service of the business, and is 25% or less of the applicable size standards established by the Small Business Administration.
Small means a firm with 500 employees or less. “Minority” means 51% ownership.
Small means a generation resource with a capacity rating of greater than 2 kW and not greater than 10 kW for residential customers and 100 kW for commercial customers. In all cases, equipment for residential applications shall be single phase in nature. Customers that own and operate Small generation resources that meet the criteria of the Georgia Cogeneration and Distributed Generation Act of 2001, as amended (OCG 46-3-52) may also be referred to as a Net Metering Customer.
