Residential Customers definition

Residential Customers means the existing and future residential consumers of electricity, as identified in the Financing Order, located in the service territory in which the Seller provided electricity services as of December 20, 1995.

Residential Customers means persons to whom telecommunica- tion services are furnished at a dwelling and which are used for personal or domestic purposes and not for business, professional or institutional pur- poses.

We will bill in advance for recurring charges and in arrears for any usage-overage and other nonrecurring charges, except that the first billing statement will include the first period’s recurring charges. You will be notified by email and you will have 48 hours to call our support line and supply us with a new credit card number. PORTAL ONE may, on its sole discretion, move customers to a fully pre-paid model where customer must pre-pay for both regular service and maintain a balance in order to make long distance calls.

More Definitions of Residential Customers

Residential Customers means any individual homeowners who use or maintain places of primary or part-time residence within the corporate limits of the District.

Residential Customers. The price you will pay us for electricity during the initial plan term is a fixed rate as provided for in the Electricity Facts Label. The total average price per kilowatt-hour (kWh) includes the costs for electricity generation, monthly kWh usage, a monthly base charge and costs of delivery of electricity to your residence, and is exclusive of state and local taxes and the miscellaneous gross receipts tax reimbursement.
