Signing Statement definition

Signing Statement means a statement reflecting the net daily cash settlements of cash receipts and cash disbursements with regard to the Accounts for the period between the Valuation Date and the Closing Date to be delivered by Seller to Purchaser within twenty (20) Business Days following the Closing Date.
