Financing Statements definition

Financing Statements. The meaning specified in Section 9-102(a)(39) of the UCC.
Financing Statements the financing statements delivered to the Collateral Agent by such Grantor on the Closing Date for filing in the jurisdictions listed in Schedule 4.

More Definitions of Financing Statements

Financing Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.
Financing Statements means the UCC-1 or equivalent statements to be filed with the appropriate offices for the perfection of a security interest in the Project.
