Settlement Purchase Agreement means a sale agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit “B” pursuant to which a Claimant sells, assigns and conveys to the Seller all or a portion of such Claimant’s right, title and interest in certain payments which the Claimant is to receive under a Settlement Agreement.
