Examples of Services Licensee in a sentence

  • If Licensee has opted to include any of the Additional Services, Licensee agrees to make the payment for such Additional Services as set forth below.

  • As a precondition to obtaining the Services, Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in (i) this Agreement including, in particular, this Schedule A and (ii) any “end user certification” and/or other documentation required by the background check fulfillment company that CampMinder retains from time to time to provide the Services (the “Background Check Provider”).

  • With respect to FedEx Services, Licensee will follow all of FedEx’s payment terms and instructions.

  • If Licensee requires a VPN or private network connection to the Subscription Services, Licensee is responsible for all costs associated with any specialized network connectivity required by Licensee.

Related to Services Licensee

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Third Party Services means any products or services of a Third Party that you can access through the Services;
