Servicer File definition

Servicer File means, collectively, all documents, records and copies pertaining to a Mortgage Loan which are required to be included in the related Servicer File pursuant to Section 3 thereof.
Servicer File. A complete and legible copy of each of the following documents (but only to the extent applicable to such Receivable and held in tangible paper or electronic form by the Servicer):
