Service Option definition

Service Option means an Option granted pursuant to the Plan which becomes exercisable in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Option Agreement based upon a Participant's completion of service with the applicable member or members of the MGI/CERA Group.
Service Option means, for the Shipper, each service option as designated in Schedule A setting out the Contract Volume, Contract Term, Petroleum, Designated Receipt Point, Designated Delivery Point for Firm Service pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Transportation Service Agreement and the Rules and Regulations;

  • Examples of this type of service include, but are not limited to, Foreign Exchange Service, CENTREX with Foreign Exchange Telephone Service Option, and ISDN-PRI Out-of-Calling Scope (both Two-Way and Terminating Only).

  • Client shall be responsible for all taxes on Services provided under any Service Option, exclusive of taxes based solely on PAVCOMM net income.

  • Other Termite Service Option: Effective from the initial service plan date through the initial plan period, Sover- eign Pest Control shall determine and provide the appropriate liquid treatment for subterranean termites once an infestation is discovered.

  • If you accept the "Fuel Service Option" at Time Out, you will (i) be charged for all fuel in the fuel tank(s) at Time Out, as shown on the Face Pages; (ii) not be required to pay us any other fuel service charge; and (iii) not receive any credit for any fuel remaining in the fuel tank(s) at the end of the Rental Period.

  • If you do not accept the "Fuel Service Option" at Time Out, you agree to return the fuel level of the Equipment to its level at Time Out.


More Definitions of Service Option

Service Option means the level of the Service, chosen by You, as specified in the Service Schedule and defined in the Application Form.
Service Option means the level or type of service (for example, but not limited to: Ultimate, Superior or Enhanced Care (Plus) or Response 8, 4 or 2) applicable to each item of Equipment as chosen by the Customer in the Application Form and as specified in the Schedules and / or Product Description.
Service Option means the service option described in the Order Form (attached hereto and incorporated herein) that Licensee has selected.
Service Option has the meaning as set out in clause 18a. (Support Service Options Provided) for the tiers of Service available; Third Party Supplier means any party other than Convergence Group and You that Convergence Group elects to use to provide part of the Service, including but not limited to Vendors or specialist support companies. Any third parties engaged will deliver the Service to the same level as any Convergence Group delivered Service and will hold all necessary accreditations and clearances for the Service provided; User(s) means authorised individual(s) who are permitted to use the Service(s) and / or have access to the network supported under this Agreement; Variation(s) means an agreed change to the Agreement in accordance with these terms; Vendor means the manufacturers and suppliers of LAN Equipment which Convergence Group use in the provision of these Support Services to You; Vendor Support Charges means any costs associated with support provided by the Vendor; Vendor Support Service(s) means programs regulated by the Vendors of the Equipment to provide additional services in support of the products, such as software updates.
Service Option means Licensed, Assisted or Managed, as set out in the Order Form; and
Service Option means certain features and characteristics of the Service which may be selected by you and which are described as a 'Service Option' (together with any additional terms on which the Service Option is supplied) in the Service Description or any appendix to the Service Description. Service Start Date for the Service or an Individual Service means the date on which Optus starts supplying that Service or Individual Service to you, or is deemed to do so. Special has the meaning set out in clause 5.3.
Service Option means the service option (e.g. Full Bureau, Basic Bureau, PAYE Service or Self Service – as defined on the Crystal Payroll Website) as selected in the “Service Level Preferred” field of the Customer Registration Form or as may be subsequently selected or amended by mutual agreement of Crystal Payroll and the Customer. Services means the services to be provided by Crystal Payroll to Customer under this Agreement and as further defined for the applicable Service Option on the Crystal Payroll Website, and includes, if applicable, Taxation Services. Software means all of the contents of the files, software, program or other media provided to the Customer by Crystal Payroll or by which the Services are provided remotely, including but not limited to:
