Support Charges. Any support to be provided by XXXX under Section 1.2 of this Agreement will be performed on business days between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, at no additional cost. Any support services requested by Customer outside these hours will be billed to Customer at an hourly rate of $292.50.
Support Charges a) Except as set forth in Section 5.b) below, all Support charges will begin on the date that any applicable warranty period expires or on the coverage date specified in Supporting Material (“Support Effective Date”).
Support Charges. For the Supported Products at each Location, Licensee will pay to ACSC an annual support charge as set forth and defined in Attachment A ("Support Charges"). ACSC may modify the Support Charges for a renewal term, so --------------- long as the modified Support Charges are in an amount consistent with Section 6, by providing to Licensee such modified Support Charges at least sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of such renewal term. 5.2
Support Charges. Any support to be provided by CORE BTS, INC. under Section 1.2 of this Agreement will be performed on business days between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, at no additional cost. Any support services requested by Customer which requires either (a) on-site assistance by CORE BTS, INC. personnel or (b) escalation to Microsoft will be billed to Customer at an hourly rate of $295.00, EXCEPT “P1” support issues related to (a) a defect or outage causing the software or product to be unusable, and/or (b) the unavailability of a major function, for which CORE BTS, INC. is unable to determine an acceptable bypass/ workaround; in such cases, CORE BTS, INC. shall also render support services to Customer at no additional cost.
Support Charges. Any support to be provided by Pluto7 under this Agreement will be performed on business days between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, at no additional cost. For Customers who have not purchased a premium support plan from Pluto7, any support services requested by Customer outside these hours will be billed to Customer at an hourly rate of $300.00.
Support Charges. 9.1. The support charges are as specified in the quotation or as notified to You from time to time under this Agreement (“Support Charges”).

Any support to be provided by SADA under Section 1.2 of this Agreement will be performed on business days between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, at no additional cost. Any support services requested by Customer outside these hours will be billed to Customer at an hourly rate of $250.00.
Support Charges. The charges for Application support will be calculated based on a combination of the software systems being used and standard 'installation' costs such as equipment in use, Operating platform costs, etc. All such costs are used to arrive at the Annual Application Support and Licence Fee Charge. Hardware support charges will be dependent on the types of equipment covered by the hardware maintenance contract. All customers taking a hardware support contract will be provided with an equipment list showing the items on cover. Requests for hardware support for items not shown on the equipment list will be subject to additional charges comprising a combination of a call out charge plus a labour hours charge plus parts cost, these charges will be based on the company's published standard daily rate. Communications, travel and subsistence charges will be recharged to the client. All Support payments are 'in advance' on an annual basis. Any request to vary these payment terms will result in a loading of 25% to the Annual Support Charge.
Support Charges. (a) Support Charges as specified in the SLA are payable annually in advance upon receipt of the Licensor's invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Licensor. No Support will be provided until payment has been received by the Licensor.
Support Charges. 10.1. The Customer shall pay the Support Charges at the rate and in the manner specified in Schedule 2.
