Service Classification definition

Service Classification means those categories of service established in the Contractor's Tariff as filed with the Commission.
Service Classification means one of the following:
Service Classification or “Classification” shall mean the schedule in this Tariff of rates, fees, charges and other provisions applicable to the category of electric service provided to any Customer.

Examples of Service Classification in a sentence

  • Upon the request of the Ordering Agency, the Contractor shall endeavor to provide reasonable assistance to the Ordering Agency in selecting the Service Classification which may be most favorable to the Ordering Agency.

  • If the BILLING AGENT wishes to bill Customer pursuant to the Billing Options provisions of IP’s Service Classification (“SC”) 150, BILLING AGENT shall execute instead a Billing Options Agreement as provided for therein.

  • Any controversy, claim or dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement (except any dispute relating to Transmission Services, which shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions of IP’s Open Access Transmission Tariff) shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in IP’s Service Classification 150.

  • The Utility shall have no duty under this Agreement to account for, pay for, deliver, or return in kind any electricity produced by the Facility and delivered into the Utility’s system unless the Unit is net metered as described in Service Classification No. 7.

  • All bills shall contain such data as is required by the Board to substantiate the billing and such other reasonable and available data as may be requested by the Ordering Agency, provided that such other data are contained in bills provided to other customers of the Contractor served under the same Service Classification as the Ordering Agency.

Related to Service Classification

  • Classification means the identification of a position by reference to a classification title and pay range number.

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • standard industrial classification code or "SIC code" means a series of four-digit codes devised by the office of management and budget (OMB) of the federal government to classify establishments according to the type of economic activity in which they are engaged.

  • Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement means the applicable Benchmark Replacement excluding the related Benchmark Replacement Adjustment.

  • Classification Society or “Class” means the Society referred to in line 4.

  • Outages means the planned unavailability of transmission and/or generation facilities dispatched by PJM or the NYISO, as described in Section 35.9 of this Agreement.

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • Benchmark Replacement means, for any Available Tenor, the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Administrative Agent for the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date:

  • Post-Service Claim means a claim for payment for medical care that already has been provided.

  • preferential tariff treatment means the rate of customs duties applicable to an originating good of the exporting Party in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 16; and

  • Pre-commissioning means the testing, checking, and any other required activity that may be specified in the Technical Requirements that are to be carried out by the Supplier in preparation for Commissioning of the System as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).
