Series A Units definition

Series A Units means Series A currency hedged mutual fund units or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.

Series A Units means a Series, designated as Series A; "Series F Units" means a Series, designated as Series F;

Series A Units is defined in Section 3.2(a).

Examples of Series A Units in a sentence

• The applicable Management Fee relating to Series A Units of the Fund is equal to (1/12) of 1.50% of the average Net Asset Value of the Fund relating to such series during each month.

• Represents the elimination of the noncontrolling interest associated with the ownership by the members of PBF Energy Company LLC ("PBF LLC") other than PBF Energy Inc., as if such members had fully exchanged their PBF LLC Series A Units for shares of PBF Energy's Class A common stock.

More Definitions of Series A Units

Series A Units means the preferred units, Series A, of Artis, having the attributes set forth in the certificate of preferred unit terms in respect of the Series A Units which was approved by the Trustees as of August 2, 2012;

Series A Units means the Series A Units of a Fund, but in respect of the RBC Global High Yield Fund does not mean the units of the Fund which were called Series A Units of the Fund prior to 11:59 p.m. on July 14, 2003, and in respect of the RBC Advisor Canadian Bond Fund and the RBC North American Dividend Fund does not mean the units of the Fund which were called Series A Units prior to the Advisor Effective Time;

Series A Units means Units of the Company issued as described in Section 6.1(a).

Series A Units means the units designated as "Series A Units" pursuant to the terms of the Operating Agreement.
