Series 2010B Bonds definition

Series 2010B Bonds means the Issuer’s Water and Sewer Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Taxable Under Federal Law), dated October 15, 2010.

Series 2010B Bonds means the MDTA’s “Transportation Facilities Projects Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Federally Taxable Build America Bonds – Direct Payment),” dated as of July 28, 2010.

Series 2010B Bonds means the City of Fort Worth, Texas Water and Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B, authorized by the Twentieth Supplement.

• In the manner and with the effect provided in the Trust Indenture, Series 2010B Notes shall be subject to redemption prior to maturity at the times and in the amounts specified for Series 2010B Bonds issued under the Trust Indenture.

Series 2010B Bonds means the $22,430,000 aggregate principal amount of Port Commission of the City and County of San Francisco Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Taxable).

Series 2010B Bonds means those securities issued under this Series 2010 Bond Resolution and designated “The Trustees of the University of Wyoming, Facilities Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2010B (Taxable Direct Payment Build America Bonds).”
