Selected Supplier. Qualified Supplier whose Offer is retained by Teréga within the context of a Call for Tenders. Gas: Natural gas delivered by the Supplier to Teréga. Day: Period of twenty-three (23), twenty-four (24) or twenty-five (25) consecutive hours, starting at six o'clock in the morning (6:00 a.m.) on a Specific Day and ending at six o'clock in the morning (6:00 a.m.) the following day. The date of a Day is the date of the calendar day on which the Day begins. Offer: response to all or part of the Locational Spread requirement communicated by the Qualified Supplier in the course of a Call for Tenders. The Offer must include a direction (delivery or removal of gas), a Day, a quantity and a Price. Party (or Parties): Teréga or (and) the Qualified Supplier. Locational Product Platform (or CMP): Electronic exchange platform between Térega and the Qualified Suppliers, used in the context of gas purchases and sales to cover the locational needs of Teréga. This Platform is operated by Powernext SA. The European clearing house ECC clears the Locational Product Platform.
Selected Supplier. Means Metso Paper, Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx Corporation, Kvaerner Chemetics AB, FFE Minerals Denmark A/S, AE Energietechnik GmbH, MAN Turbomaschinen AG, PURAC GmbH (in a joint venture with Lurgi Bamag GmbH), LINDE-KCA-Dresden GmbH, Hochtief Construction AG and PI-Consulting OYJ.

More Definitions of Selected Supplier

Selected Supplier means, in accordance with the Response Documents the supplier selected by the Municipality to provide 100% renewable energy at a net savings compared to the 12-month historical average, measured from the bid issuance date, of the Rochester Gas & Electric residential rate for electricity charged to residential customers.

Related to Selected Supplier

  • Restricted Supplier means any person, company, business entity or other organisation whatsoever who has supplied goods or services to the Company or any Group Company (other than utilities and goods or services supplied for administrative purposes) during any part of the Relevant Period or who has agreed prior to the Termination Date to supply goods or services to the Company to commence at any time in the 12 months following the Termination Date.

  • Related Supplier means any person who provides services to the Customer which are related to the Services from time to time;

  • Default Supplier means a Retailer appointed by EDTI pursuant to section 3 of the RRR Regulation;

For purposes of this definition only: “Vertically Integrated Utility” means a utility that owns generation, includes such generation in a non-bypassable charge in its regulated rates, earns a regulated return on its investment in such generation, and that as of the date of its request for a Self Supply Exemption, has not divested more than seventy-five percent of its generation assets owned on May 20, 1996; and “Single Customer Entity” means an LSE that serves at retail only customers that are under common control with such LSE, where such control means holding 51% or more of the voting securities or voting interests of the LSE and all its retail customers.
