Sandusky Facility means the facility located at 2500 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Sandusky, Ohio 44870. Section 1.191 “Standard GM Terms” shall mean the GM Terms and Conditions as revised in September 2004. Section 1.192 “Straight Time” shall mean cash paid by Delphi for the base wage, pursuant to the applicable collective bargaining agreement, to hourly employees for the time period included in the calculating Labor Cost Amount.
