Utility Facilities definition

Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services. (Ord. 99-1003 §1 (part), 1999)
Utility Facilities means all personal property and real property owned or controlled by Utility, including Poles.

  • The service plan may also provide for the City to assume the responsibility for operation and maintenance of Utility Facilities in which case the City shall provide such utility services upon the same basis as they are provided by the City elsewhere in the municipality, but without obligating the City to the limited district for payment of capacity charges, capital recovery fees or any other consideration for the use or possession of such Utility Facilities.

  • As consideration for the operation and maintenance of such Utility Facilities the service plan may provide that the City shall have and may retain all revenues resulting from the provision of service to customers of the utility system.


More Definitions of Utility Facilities

Utility Facilities mean the utility facilities shown on Exhibit A hereto, including any additions or other modifications made thereto from time to time.
Utility Facilities means (i) the $300,000,000 Amended and Restated Five-Year Credit Agreement, dated the date hereof, among IPL, the banks named therein and Wachovia, as administrative agent; and (ii) the $250,000,000 Amended and Restated Five-Year Credit Agreement, dated the date hereof, among WPL, the banks named therein and Wachovia, as administrative agent.
Utility Facilities means the gas pipelines, appurtenant facilities, valves, compression, compressor upgrades, regulators, piping, valves, and other equipment, and related utility system upgrades, including all designs, engineering, drawings, permitting and plans, required for delivery of the Gas into SoCalGas’ system from the outlet of SoCalGas’ facilities at the Interconnection Point and redelivery within its service territory, or as authorized by the CPUC. Utility Facilities shall be solely owned and operated by, or on behalf of, SoCalGas.
Utility Facilities means buildings, structures or any constructed portion of a system which provides for the production, transmission, conveyance, delivery or furnishing of services including, but not limited to, heat, light, water, power, natural gas, sanitary sewer, stormwater, telephone and cable television.
Utility Facilities means the third party permanent facilities for potable water, sewer, phone, cable and other utility services to which Contractor will connect the Project.

Utility Facilities means utility delivery systems and facilities running through or providing to more than one Element heating, ventilating, or air conditioning, monitoring, communication, video and data services, including but not limited to sanitary sewers, storm sewers and drains; water and gas mains and feeder lines; electrical power trunk lines and feeder lines; telephone trunk lines and feeder lines; video and data transmission lines; lines and facilities providing steam and chilled water; monitoring and control devices; and lines for energy and utility consumption, fire, other emergency and monitoring, and any other lines, ducts, shafts, machinery and equipment (including those affording connections to sources outside the Project) for such purposes; and including all meters, common pumps, switches and generators and common chutes, shafts, rooms or other enclosures and other component parts of such systems, together with all replacements of such facilities and all such common facilities as are relocated as provided in this Declaration.
