Safety Consultant shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1;

Scheduled Net Water Capacity means, in respect of any hour, the total Potable Water capacity of the Project Facilities (expressed in cubic meters per Hour) which is available at the Delivery Point on a continuous and reliable basis, as scheduled for each Hour in accordance with the Scheduling Requirements, provided that the Scheduled Net Water Capacity shall never be greater than the Demonstrated Net Water Capacity.
