ROFR Period definition

ROFR Period has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

ROFR Period has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.03(a).

ROFR Period means the period beginning as of the date of this Agreement and ending on the earlier of (a) Xxxxx 00, 0000, (x) the date on which GC Intermodal is dissolved or liquidated and (c) the date on which the Right of First Refusal Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5 thereof.

• Each Non-Selling Shareholder may exercise such right of first refusal and, thereby, purchase all or any portion of its pro rata share of the Offered Shares, by notifying the Selling Shareholder and the Company in writing, before expiration of the Investor ROFR Period as to the number of such Offered Shares that it wishes to purchase.

ROFR Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.4.
