ROFR definition

ROFR has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a).

Examples of ROFR in a sentence

  • Right of First Refusal i.e. ROFR will be used for permit sales or 12 transfers.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Out-of-Field License and Option and ROFR shall not affect the Licensee’s ownership of any Improvements to the Licensed Product.

ROFR means a right of first refusal, pre-emptive right of purchase or similar right whereby any Third Party has the right to acquire or purchase any of the WCBU Assets as a consequence of the Parties entering into this Agreement or the Transaction.
