Rights Entitlement definition

Rights Entitlement means the number of Equity Shares that an Eligible Equity Shareholder is entitled to in proportion to the number of Equity Shares held by such Eligible Equity Shareholder on the record date;
Rights Entitlement an entitlement of any shareholder of M-Web to take up any securities in any rights offer of securities by M-Web;
Rights Entitlement means the number of Equity Shares that an Eligible Equity Shareholder is entitled to in proportion to the number of Equity Shares held by such Eligible Equity Shareholder on the Record Date;

  • Only Eligible Equity Shareholders who are eligible to subscribe for Rights Entitlement and Equity Shares in their respective jurisdictions under applicable securities laws are eligible to participate.

  • Such subscriptions of Equity Shares over and above its Rights Entitlement, if allotted, may result in an increase in their percentage shareholding above its current percentage shareholding.
