RFS Date definition

RFS Date means the request for services date specified as such in a Services and Payment Schedule.
RFS Date means, with respect to each Wavelength and Wavelength Ring, the date on which such Wavelength or Wavelength Ring will be ready for service as described in Clause 2.1 and Schedule 6.
RFS Date means, with respect to any Inland Capacity, the date on which such Inland Capacity will be available for service and has achieved the RFS Standard described in Attachment 2.

Examples of RFS Date in a sentence

  • The System shall be decommissioned at such time, no earlier than 15 years and no later than 25 years from the Initial RFS Date, as either FA-1 or the holders of three quarters of the then activated capacity on the System determine that the System is technically obsolete or has reached the end of its useful economic life.

  • Purchaser shall have *** days from receipt of this notice to notify FA-1 that it wishes to terminate its obligation to purchase the System IRU or that it accepts the delay to the revised expected Initial RFS Date (and failure by Purchaser to provide a timely notice shall be deemed acceptance of the delay).

  • If the Final Confirmation has not been delivered to Purchaser within the later of *** months and 10 days after the Scheduled Final RFS Date and *** months and 10 days after the Initial RFS Date, whether due to a force majeure event or otherwise, Purchaser shall have the right to immediately terminate its obligation to purchase the Final IRU without further liability to pay the portion of the Purchase Price applicable to the Final IRU upon written notice delivered to FA-1.

  • OF SYSTEM ------------------------------ In consideration of the Contract Price and the Upgrade Prices, the Contractor agrees to undertake the Work and the Upgrade Work and to provide the Purchaser with the System meeting the System Performance Requirements on or before the Scheduled RFS Date and the System Upgrades meeting the requirements of Article 6A, all in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Neither the Grantor, any Subsidiary Grantor or any of their respective affiliates warrants or guarantees that the RFS Date for any Segment or the System will occur and the Grantor, the Subsidiary Grantors and their respective affiliates will otherwise have no obligation under this Agreement or the Right of Use Agreement or otherwise unless and until the applicable RFS Date occurs.


More Definitions of RFS Date

RFS Date means the date on which the complete Gemini Network (including all associated Backhaul systems) is ready for the provision of commercial services from London, England to New York, New York, as certified by Gemini.
RFS Date. Means, for a Scheduled Cable, the date at which the relevant Maintenance Authority and/or its co-owners if any agree to place such cable into operation for customer service.
RFS Date means the Ready For Service date from which an Equivalence of Inputs product or service is available for use by other Licensees for the new End-Users, and is also available for use by Telkom (and is in use by Telkom) to handle all product or service events for New End-Users (being new after the RFS date). The RFS date is also the date of the start of migration of the relevant installed base of End-Users. In this definition “New End-User” means either:
RFS Date means the date on which Capacity is successfully tested and is ready for service and "Ready for Service" means, in Annex 1, the date on which the relevant Telecommunications Service is successfully tested and is ready for service;
RFS Date means the date in which a last mile link has been Activated. “ROW” means rest of the world.
RFS Date means the ready for service date, or the date that a particular Service is handed over to Customer for user acceptance testing;
RFS Date means, in respect of each Unit of Capacity, the date upon which the Acceptance Tests shall have been successfully completed in respect of such Unit of Capacity as evidenced by the signature by each of the parties of an Acceptance Certificate in relation thereto, whether actual or deemed in accordance with Clause 3.9;
