Installed Base definition

Installed Base means Customer's pre-existing End User customers who are already in possession of and using Customer's Product under a current and valid license. Such installed Customer Products shall be referred to as "Installed Systems."
Installed Base means all Equipment and Accessories manufactured or remanufactured by or for NexPress or Eastxxx Xxxak Company ("Kodak") and sold or otherwise placed by Danka or NexPress or their respective Affiliates or Dealers.
Installed Base means the items of equipment sold prior to the Closing Date that are as set forth, to the Knowledge of Seller, on Schedule 1.19, some of which are subject to the Warranty Contracts.

Installed Base means those Philips devices or systems (a) if part of a solution that must be physically installed on the customer’s site, for which the customer has signed off on such installation or (b) if not needing to be so installed, for which the customer has taken possession.
