Revolver Exposure definition

Revolver Exposure on any date, an amount equal to the sum of the (a) Revolver Loans outstanding on such date and (b) LC Obligations on such date.
Revolver Exposure as to any Bank at any date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate amount of all Revolving Loans made by such Bank then outstanding, and (b) such Bank's Commitment Percentage of the Letter of Credit Obligations then outstanding.
Revolver Exposure means, with respect to any Revolver Lender, as of any date of determination (a) prior to the termination of the Revolver Commitments, the amount of such Lender’s Revolver Commitment, and (b) after the termination of the Revolver Commitments, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Revolver Loans and Letter of Credit Liabilities of such Lender.

More Definitions of Revolver Exposure

Revolver Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the aggregate principal amount at such time of its outstanding Revolver Loans (including its participation in Swingline Loans) and such Lender’s participation in LC Obligations at such time.
