Outstanding Principal Amount definition

Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of a Covered Bond, its principal amount less, in respect of any Instalment Covered Bond, any principal amount on which interest shall have ceased to accrue in accordance with Condition 5.06 or otherwise as indicated in the Final Terms.
Outstanding Principal Amount means, at the time of determination, the Principal Amount outstanding after giving effect to any conversions or prepayments pursuant to the terms hereof.

Examples of Outstanding Principal Amount in a sentence

  • The records maintained by the Registrar as to principal amount advanced and principal amounts paid on the Bonds shall be the official records of the Cumulative Outstanding Principal Amount for all series of Bonds for all purposes.

  • Interest is computed daily and will begin accruing on the Outstanding Principal Amount on the first day immediately following the date GSFA determined Borrower is in Cash Repayment Status.

  • Interest shall accrue on the Outstanding Principal Amount of each Instrument during each Interest Accrual Period from the Interest Commencement Date.

  • The amount of interest payable will be calculated by multiplying the product of the Interest Rate for such Interest Period and the Outstanding Principal Amount by the applicable Day Count Fraction and rounding the resultant figure to the nearest cent (with halves being rounded upwards).

More Definitions of Outstanding Principal Amount

Outstanding Principal Amount means with respect to any one or more Series, Classes, Subclasses or Tranches of Notes, as applicable at any time, the aggregate principal amount Outstanding of such Notes at such time.
Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of a Note, the outstanding principal amount of such Note, as adjusted from time to time for any reduction as required by then current legislation and/or regulations applicable to the Issuer and “Outstanding Principal Amounts” means the sum of the Outstanding Principal Amount of each Note;
Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of an Instrument, its principal amount less, in respect of any Instalment Instrument, any principal amount on which interest shall have ceased to accrue in accordance with Condition 5.6 or, in the case of a Partly Paid Instrument, the Paid Up Amount of such Instrument or otherwise as indicated in the Final Terms.
Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of an Instrument, its principal amount less, in respect of any Instalment Instrument, any principal amount on which interest shall have ceased to accrue in accordance with Condition 5.11 or, in the case of a Partly Paid Instrument, the Paid Up Amount of such Instrument or otherwise as indicated in the relevant Final Terms except that the Paid Up Amount shall be deemed to be nil for Instruments which have been forfeited by the Issuer on or after the Forfeiture Date as provided for in Condition 1.8.
Outstanding Principal Amount means, in respect of a Note:
