That page, or any other page that may replace the ICE Secure File Transfer Protocol service or the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page on that service or any other service ICE nominates as the information vendor to display ICE's Interest Settlement Rates for deposits in U.S. dollars, is a "Designated Page." ICE's Interest Settlement Rates currently are rounded to six decimal places (and rounded up to five decimal places where the sixth digit is five or greater).
ICE's Interest Settlement Rates are currently displayed on the ICE Secure File Transfer Protocol service or on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page.
If such rate does not appear on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page, the rate for that LIBOR Determination Date shall be determined on the basis of the rates at which deposits in United States dollars are offered by the Reference Banks at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, on that day to prime banks in the London interbank market for a one-month period.

On each LIBOR Determination Date, the Calculation Agent shall determine LIBOR on the basis of the rate for deposits in United States dollars for a one-month period which appears on Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on such date (or, for the first Interest Period, the rate that corresponds to the actual number of days in the first Interest Period).
