Examples of Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service in a sentence
Reference to a page on the Reuters Screen means the display page so designated on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) or such other page as may replace that page for the purpose of displaying a comparable currency exchange rate.
The expression “Reference Rate” means EURIBOR or LIBOR as specified in the applicable Final Terms and the expression “Relevant Screen Page” means such page, whatever its designation, on which the Reference Rate that is for the time being displayed on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or Dow Jones Market Limited or such other service, as specified in the applicable Final Terms.
For the purposes of determining the Spot Rate for any Rate Calculation Date in any case where the Spot Rate for a Rate Calculation Date is based on information obtained from the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service or the Dow Jones Telerate Service, the Spot Rate will be subject to the corrections, if any, to that information subsequently displayed by that source within one hour of the time when such rate is first displayed by such notice.
On each Coupon Determination Date, the Agent Bank will determine the offered rate (expressed as a rate per annum) for three-month euro deposits as at 11.00 a.m. (Brussels time) on such Coupon Determination Date, as displayed on the display designated as page “LIBOR01” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page or pages as may replace it for the purpose of displaying such information).
On each Interest Determination Date, the Agent Bank will determine the offered rate (expressed as a rate per annum) for 12-month deposits in euro as at 11.00 hours (Central European time) on such Interest Determination Date, as displayed on the display designated as page ‘‘EURIBOR01’’ on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page or pages as may replace it for the purpose of displaying such information).
