Retention Agreement definition

Retention Agreement means an agreement, to be recorded as a lien against the property for which assistance is provided, requiring that if an eligible resident sells a home that was purchased or repaired or for which a mortgage loan was paid with the assistance of a loan made under this chapter, then that portion of the original principal amount that has not been forgiven, if any, shall be repaid.

Retention Agreement means the Rider to Deed of Trust - Affordable Housing Program Retention Agreement and Restrictive Covenants attached to and made a part of the Deed of Trust encumbering the AHP-Assisted Unit.

Retention Agreement means an agreement between the Company and a Participant setting forth terms and conditions with respect to such Participant’s Retention Payments. Such agreement shall be in such form or forms as the Compensation Committee shall determine.
