Retention Payments definition

Retention Payments shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).

  • Employees who relocate between locations covered by Article 19.06, in accordance with Article 28, shall receive the applicable payments, number of days leave and credited service for all benefits (such as Clothing Allowance, Family Leave, Northern Allowance, Retention Payments, etc.) based on the amount of time spent in each location.

  • The Retention Payments and other payments due from Operator shall be paid in lawful money of the United States by check or wire transfer, accepted subject to collection, and payable to the order of Agreement Administrator, or such other entity as is designated in writing by Agreement Administrator.

More Definitions of Retention Payments

Retention Payments means $24,109,201.10, which represents the maximum amount of the retention payments to be made by the Companies and their Subsidiaries pursuant to the agreements listed under the heading “Retention Letters” in Section 3.1(r)(i) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule, as in effect on the date hereof.
Retention Payments means the payments listed at Section 1.1(c) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.

Retention Payments shall indicate which party is responsible for paying retention payments related to the displacement of employees.
Retention Payments means, with respect to any Participant, the 2018 Retention Payment, if any, and/or the 2019 Retention Payment, if any, as applicable, with respect to such Participant.
