All work services connected with, or incidental to the operation of the Employer’s Retail Establishment, including handling or selling of all merchandise shall be performed only by employees within the appropriate unit as defined in this Agreement.
This agreement shall apply to any clerical trainee employed in any of the callings covered by the Clerks (Wholesale and Retail Establishment) Award No. 38 of 1947 employed in the industry of the employers named in Schedule A of this agreement.

OPERATOR shall furnish the CITY with annual profit and loss statements, as soon as they become available, reflecting gross sales figures for its Marijuana Retail Establishment in Framingham and shall provide the CITY with all copies of its periodic financial filings to agencies of the Commonwealth documenting gross sales and gross annual revenues and copies of its filings to the Commission, Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Corporations Division, and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
