Resulting Issuer Shares definition

Resulting Issuer Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Resulting Issuer;

Resulting Issuer Shares means the common shares of the Resulting Issuer;

Resulting Issuer Shares means common shares in the capital of the Resulting Issuer ‎upon effecting the Acquisition.‎

Yukoterre shall promptly advise Silo Wellness if final approval of the CSE is not granted for any reason whatsoever.
