Respective Parts definition

Respective Parts means with respect to UNICEF, Parts 1.1, 2, and 3 of the Project design and with respect to ICRC, Parts 1.2, 2.2 and 3.2 of the Project.
Respective Parts of the Project" means, in respect of (i) KMS, Parts A, C, D, E, F, G and H.1-H.6 of the Project, and (ii) PDAM, Parts B and H.7 of the Project.
Respective Parts means, in respect of each Project State, all state level activities under Part A of the Project and the activities under Part B of the Project when carried out within such Project State. “Resettlement Action Plan” and the acronym “RAP” mean a resettlement action plan to be prepared by the SPMG/EA on the basis of the provisions of the ESMF, and to be approved by the Association as a prerequisite for carrying out any Priority Investment Sub-project under Part B of the Project, which sets out the principles and procedures governing the acquisition of land and other assets, and the resettlement, compensation and rehabilitation of Displaced Persons (including addressing gender and tribal issues, as applicable) on account of the implementation of the Project, as well as the monitoring and reporting arrangements to ensure compliance with said plan, as the same may be revised from time to time by mutual agreement of the Recipient and the Association.

  • The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that its Respective Parts of the Project are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.

  • The Borrower and the Project Implementing Entity shall furnish to the Bank all plans, schedules, specifications, reports and contract documents for their Respective Parts of the Project, and any material modifications of or additions to these documents, promptly upon their preparation and in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request.

  • The Borrower and the Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that all facilities relevant to their Respective Parts of the Project shall at all times be properly operated and maintained and that all necessary repairs and renewals of such facilities shall be made promptly as needed.

  • The Borrower and the Project Implementing Entity shall retain all records (contracts, orders, invoices, bills, receipts and other documents) evidencing expenditures under their Respective Parts of the Project until at least the later of: (i) one year after the Bank has received the audited Financial Statements covering the period during which the last withdrawal from the Loan Account was made; and (ii) two years after the Closing Date.

Related to Respective Parts

  • Live parts means conductive part(s) intended to be electrically energized in normal use.

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Approved Plans means any new or revised plans that are required by this Permit that received approved from the MPCA.

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.
