Residential Agreement means any lease or other agreement between the Operator and a resident setting forth the terms of the resident’s living arrangements and the provision of any related services.

Residential Agreement means the written agreement between a residential facility, placing agency, prospective mental health resident or guardian, and community mental health agency, as applicable. In the case of children and adolescents, the agreement shall be between the facility and the resident's parent/guardian, placing agency, or legal custodian.
