Regulatory Agreement definition

Regulatory Agreement means the regulatory agreement between HPD and the Owner establishing certain controls upon the operation of the Exemption Area during the term of the Exemption.
Regulatory Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.3.
Regulatory Agreement has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.11 of this Agreement.
