Resale Period definition

Resale Period shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(a) hereof.
Resale Period means the period beginning on the date the Shelf Registration becomes effective and ending on the earlier of (i) the Shelf Registration ceasing to be effective or (ii) the second anniversary of the Closing Date.
Resale Period has the meaning set forth in the Capital Securities Exchange and Registration Rights Agreement.

Resale Period means a period beginning when Exchange Securities are first issued in the Exchange Offer and ending upon the earlier of the expiration of the 180th day after the Exchange Offer has been completed or such time as such broker-dealers no longer own any Registrable Securities.
