Shelf Period definition

Shelf Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).

• This Agreement shall terminate upon the later of the expiration of the Shelf Period and such time as there are no Registrable Securities, except for the provisions of Sections 2.09 and 2.10 and all of this Article III, which shall survive any such termination.

• This Agreement shall terminate upon the later of the expiration of the Shelf Period and such time as there are no Registrable Securities, except for the provisions of Section 2.09 and Section 2.10 and all of this Article III, which shall survive any such termination.

• An Exchangeable Security Shelf Period shall be extended by the number of days of any suspension of the Exchangeable Shelf Registration Statement that occurs during such Exchangeable Security Shelf Period.

Shelf Period has the meaning set forth in Section 1(d)(v).

Shelf Period means, with respect to any Shelf Registration Statement (other than a Shelf Underwritten Offering), a period of thirty-six (36) consecutive months (or such shorter period as will terminate when all Registrable Securities covered by such Registration Statement have been sold or withdrawn) plus the period of time, if any, during which use of such Shelf Registration Statement has been suspended pursuant to Section 2.1(h).
