Required Consent Lease definition

Required Consent Lease means those Leases that, without giving effect to the reference to “material” in the last clause of Section 3.4 hereof and replacing “Material Contract” with “Lease” in Section 3.4 hereof, would be required to be listed in Section 3.4 of the Disclosure Schedule.
