Examples of Releasing Persons in a sentence
The Released Persons are forever released, relinquished, and discharged by the Releasing Persons, including all Class Members who did not timely exclude themselves from the Settlement Class, from all Released Claims (as that term is defined below and in the Settlement Agreement).
As of the Effective Date, the Releasing Persons are deemed to have fully released and forever discharged the Released Persons of and from all Released Claims by operation of entry of the Final Order and Judgment.
By signing this Claims Form, Authorized Representative represents and warrants the following on behalf of the Settlement Class Member: · The Authorized Representative has authority to submit a claim and to release all Released Claims on behalf of the Settlement Class Member and all other Persons who are Releasing Persons by virtue of their relationship or association with the Settlement Class Member.

Without in any way limiting the scope of the Release, this Release covers, without limitation, any and all claims for attorneys’ fees, costs or disbursements incurred by Settlement Class Counsel or any other counsel representing Releasing Persons, or any of them, in connection with or related in any manner to this Litigation, the Settlement, the administration of such Settlement or the Released Claims.
