REIT Shares definition

REIT Shares shall have the meaning set forth in the OP Agreement.

REIT Shares means shares of common stock in the Company.

REIT Shares means shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Parent REIT (or Successor Entity, as the case may be).

• The Corporation Shares and the ESH REIT Shares have been delivered to the Representatives and paired pursuant to the Pairing Agreement.

• Any such differences shall correspond to differences in the amount of distributions per REIT Share for REIT Shares of different Classes, with the same adjustments being made to the amount of distributions per Partnership Unit for Partnership Units of a particular Class as are made to the distributions per REIT Share by the General Partner with respect to REIT Shares having the same Class designation.

More Definitions of REIT Shares

REIT Shares and "REIT Shares Amount" with respect to the General Partner shall apply only with reference to the Company.

Tax Return: Means any return, declaration, report, claim for refund, or information return or statement related to Taxes, including any schedule or attachment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.

REIT Shares means shares of common stock, $0.01 par value per share, of the Company.
