Reimbursed Expenses definition

Reimbursed Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 1.8.

Insurance Programs: Upon proper application and acceptance for enrollment by the appropriate insurance underwriter, policyholder, or third-pat1y administrator, the Board shall make premium payments on behalf of the Superintendent and her eligible dependents for the following insurance programs or comparable programs pursuant to Contract.
Reimbursed Expenses. Other Direct Costs include shipping charges, printing and reproduction, travel/travel-related expenses and miscellaneous materials will be billed at cost. Copies of supporting documentation will be provided upon Client's request and at Client's expense to include associated labor and copying costs. Reimbursement payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
