Refuse Collection definition

Refuse Collection means the collection, disposal, and transport of solid waste and recyclable materials from properties within the District by the District or the District’s contractor.
Refuse Collection means the collection, transportation and delivery to the Waste Management Site of Household or any similar Waste.
Refuse Collection means the operation whereby refuse is gathered and/or handled, by any means, placed and/or compacted in a refuse collection vehicle prior to disposal at an authorized location.

Refuse Collection means the gathering of refuse as placed at the curbs of streets for pick-up and loading into any collection vehicles operated by a properly certificated hauler operating in accordance with rules and regulations of the Public Service Commission of the State of West Virginia as the same now or hereafter may be in effect.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.
