Price Level definition

Price Level means the official closing price of the Share determined and published on the Exchange on a Business Day.
Price Level means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any day (official closing price).
Price Level means the level of the Index last determined and published by the Index Sponsor on any Business Day (offical closing level).
