Quarterly Business Reviews or “QBRs” shall mean business reviews held every fiscal quarter by the Partnership Committee or their designees as mutually agreed to by the parties.

In no event may a “Marketing Period” commence any later than July 27, 2010, unless at Parent’s election a Marketing Period commenced after such date terminates no later than August 24, 2010.
