Annual Net Sales definition

Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.

Annual Net Sales means the total Net Sales for all Licensed Products sold in the Territory during a particular Calendar Year.

Annual Net Sales means aggregate Net Sales of Licensed Products by Servier or its Affiliates or Sublicensees in any Calendar Year, or in the first year and last year of the Royalty Term, the portion of such Calendar Year during which the Royalty Term is in effect.
