Quality Certificate definition

Quality Certificate means the certificate given to the Developer by BT when the Developer has completed the whole or, if applicable, the relevant part of the Developer Works at the Site;
Quality Certificate means the formal document recording the Chevron laboratory determinations of the quality and BTU content of a particular sample which represents a specific Delivery, said laboratory determinations having been performed in accordance with the standard test methods described herein.
Quality Certificate means in the case of Cement, the Cement Safety Data Sheet, and in respect of a Cementitious Extender, the relevant quality certificate for the Cementitious Extender, either available on the Website or Delivered with the Materials.
