Safety Certificate definition

Safety Certificate and “deemed Safety Certificate” have the meanings given to “safety certificate” and “deemed safety certificate” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
Safety Certificate means the certificate issued by the XXX under the Safety Regulations, certifying its acceptance of the Franchisee's safety management system (as defined in those regulations) and the provisions adopted by the Franchisee to meet the requirements that are necessary to ensure safe operation on the Routes;
Safety Certificate means a certificate issued pursuant to 1994 PA 451 as amended, MCL 324. 81129, or a comparable ORV safety certificate issued under the authority of another state or a province of Canada."

  • An annual Fire Safety Statement must be given to Council and the NSW Fire Brigade commencing within 12 months after the date on which the initial Interim/Final Fire Safety Certificate is issued or the use commencing, whichever is earlier.
