Purchaser Common Stock definition

Purchaser Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Purchaser.

Purchaser Common Stock means the shares of Purchaser Class A Common Stock and Purchaser Class B Common Stock, collectively.

Purchaser Common Stock means shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Purchaser, and Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share of the Purchaser, along with any equity securities paid as dividends or distributions after the Closing with respect to such shares or into which such shares are exchanged or converted after the Closing.

• Except for the representations and warranties contained in this Article V, neither the Purchaser nor any representative thereof has made or makes any other express or implied representation or warranty, either written or oral, on behalf of the Purchaser, or any representation or warranty arising from statute or otherwise at law with respect to the Purchaser or the Purchaser Common Stock.

Purchaser Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
