Purchased Student Loan means a Financed Student Loan purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Monthly Collection Period or Collection Period, as applicable, by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.05 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Seller pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Loan Sale Agreement.
Purchased Student Loan means a Trust Student Loan which is, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5A or 3.5H of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6 of the Sale Agreement, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 6.1 of the Administration Agreement, repurchased by SLM ECFC pursuant to Section 6 of the SLM ECFC Purchase Agreement, repurchased by Bluemont Funding pursuant to Section 6 of the Bluemont Funding Purchase Agreement, repurchased by Town Center Funding pursuant to Section 6 of the Town Center Funding Purchase Agreement, repurchased by Town Hall Funding pursuant to Section 6 of the Town Hall Funding Purchase Agreement, repurchased by VL Funding pursuant to Section 6 of the VL Funding Purchase Agreement or sold to another eligible lender holding one or more Serial Loans with respect to such Trust Student Loan pursuant to Section 3.11E of the Servicing Agreement.
Purchased Student Loan means a Trust Student Loan which is, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6 of the Sale Agreement, repurchased by SLM ECFC pursuant to Section 6 of the SLM ECFC Purchase Agreement, repurchased by VG Funding pursuant to Section 6 of the VG Funding Purchase Agreement or sold to another eligible lender holding one or more Serial Loans with respect to such Trust Student Loan pursuant to Section 3.11E of the Servicing Agreement.

Purchased Student Loan means a Trust Student Loan which is, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period, purchased by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.5 of the Servicing Agreement or repurchased by the Depositor pursuant to Section 6 of the Sale Agreement, purchased by SLMA pursuant to Section 6 of the SLMA Purchase Agreement or purchased by SLM ELC pursuant to Section 6 of the SLM ELC Purchase Agreement.
Purchased Student Loan means a Financed Student Loan purchased by a Service or repurchased by a Seller from the Issuer.
