Financed Student Loan definition

Financed Student Loan means the FFELP Loans and HEAL Loans set forth in Schedule A-1 to the Transfer and Servicing Agreement and Schedule A to each Transfer Agreement, as amended or supplemented from time to time by the Master Servicer to accurately reflect the Financed Student Loans then subject to the Lien of the Indenture. The Schedule of Financed Student Loans may be in the form of microfiche or other form of electronic media.

Financed Student Loan means each Student Loan acquired or funded, or purported to be acquired or funded, with the proceeds of Advances.

Financed Student Loan means any law school, medical school, dental school, graduate business school or other graduate school student loan listed on Schedule A of the Sale and Servicing Agreement as such Schedule may be supplemented from time to time.

• The Noteholders shall not in any circumstances be deemed to be the owner or holder of the Financed Student Loan.

• No provision of a Financed Student Loan has been waived, altered or modified in any respect, except pursuant to a document, instrument or writing included in the Financed Student Loan File, and no such amendment, waiver, alteration or modification causes such Financed Student Loan not to conform to the other warranties contained in this Section or those of the Depositor or the Master Servicer, as applicable, contained in Section 3.01.

• A Financed Student Loan File has been delivered to the Master Servicer (or a Subservicer) for each Financed Student Loan and each such file contains the original fully executed note (or a copy of a fully executed master promissory note) or the Electronic Note in the case of an Electronic Loan evidencing such Financed Student Loan.

• Each Financed Student Loan that is a Financed Guaranteed Private Loan qualifies the holder thereof to receive Guarantee Payments from the applicable Guarantor pursuant to the related Guarantee Agreement.

More Definitions of Financed Student Loan

Financed Student Loan means each Student Loan identified from time to time on the Student Loan Schedule and, without duplication but by way of inclusion and emphasis, all Additional Financed Student Loans funded or substituted, or purported to be funded or substituted, with amounts on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account or pursuant to Section 2.02 of the Indenture, respectively and all Student Loans, whether or not funded or substituted as described above, that are subject to the Lien of the Indenture.

Financed Student Loan means the collective reference to the Initial Financed Student Loans and the Additional Student Loans.

Financed Student Loan means a Student Loan sold to the Funding Note Issuer.

Financed Student Loan means any Student Loan identified on a Loan Transmittal Summary Form attached to a Loan Designation Notice.

Financed Student Loan means the Financed FFELP Loans, Financed HEAL Loans and Financed Private Loans, as applicable, with respect to a Series of Notes, as set forth in the applicable Schedules with respect thereto.

Financed Student Loan means any student loan that is guaranteed as to the payment of principal and interest by a Guarantor and reinsured by the Department and set forth on Schedule A to the Sale Agreement and the Indenture (which Schedule may be in the form of microfiche).

Financed Student Loan means any Federal Loan, HEAL Loan or Private Loan which, from time to time, is Granted to the Indenture Trustee to serve as collateral for the Notes or otherwise part of the Trust Estate. The initial Financed Student Loans subject to the Lien of the Indenture shall be listed on the Schedule of Financed Student Loans set forth in Schedule A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement. The Financed Student Loans to be pledged by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee in connection with the issuance of each additional Series of Notes shall be listed on the Schedule of Financed Student Loans appearing as Schedule A to the related Supplemental Sale and Servicing Agreement. A master Schedule of Financed Student Loans listing all Financed Student Loans then subject to the Lien of the Indenture shall be maintained as a Schedule to the Indenture. Each Schedule of Financed Student Loans shall be amended from time to time by the Issuer to accurately reflect the Financed Student Loans then subject to the Lien of the Indenture. Each Schedule of Financed Student Loans may be in the form of microfiche.
