Public Warrant definition

Public Warrant means one whole warrant that was included in as part of each Public Unit, entitling the holder thereof to purchase one (1) share of Class A Common Stock at a purchase price of $11.50 per share.
Public Warrant means a registered warrant to purchase a share of Common Stock at an exercise price of $11.50.
Public Warrant or “SPAC Warrant” means the warrants partially comprising the public units of SPAC, each such whole warrant exercisable to acquire one SPAC Class A Share.

Public Warrant means a class A warrant of the Issuer, entitling the holder thereof to subscribe for one Public Share per Public Warrant pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
